Our commitment
We want every couple, family and corporate client to be able to use this site, and to attend the events we produce. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and we test against it as we build.
What we have built in
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable item on every page
- Semantic landmarks, headings in order, and labels on every form field
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, and 3:1 for large text and interface elements
- A dark mode that keeps the same contrast ratios
- Respect for the reduce-motion system setting — animations stop when you ask them to
- Alternative text on images that carry meaning, and empty alt on decorative ones
At our events
Tell your planner what you need and it goes in the production brief: step-free access and accessible restrooms, reserved seating with sightlines, ASL interpreters, live captioning, assistive listening, quiet rooms, dietary accommodation, and service-animal provision. We check accessibility on every site visit before we recommend a venue.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content — map tiles and vendor-supplied video — may not meet the same standard. We are working with those providers, and we will always give you the same information another way on request.
