Party & Event Rentals
Lighting, dance floors, staging, drape, tables, linen and sound — specified for your room, delivered on a schedule and struck the same night.
Build a list. We price it, deliver it and take it away.
Browse the catalogue below, set the quantities you think you need and add them to your list. Send it over and we come back with a written estimate, a delivery window and a note on anything your venue will want to approve first. Quantities are a starting point — we will tell you if 24 uplights is too many for the room.
- Delivery, set-up, strike and collection included in every quote
- Venue load-in restrictions and dock times checked before we book
- Certificates of insurance filed with your venue on your behalf
- Cable ramps, rigging and trip protection specified as standard
- Rentals can be added to any planning package, or hired on their own

Rental questions
Because a rate on its own would mislead you. The same twelve uplights cost differently depending on whether the venue has a dock, whether we can strike at midnight or have to come back on Sunday, how far the delivery is, and whether the kit is going out on a holiday weekend. We price your actual list against your actual venue and date, and the estimate itemises every line so you can see what each decision costs.
Yes. Rentals can be hired on their own. If you have a coordinator already, we will deliver, set up and strike around their timeline.
Our crew. Set-up happens in the load-in window your venue allows, and strike happens the same night unless the venue permits a next-day collection. You do not stack chairs at the end of your own event.
Most do — no open flame, nothing attached to walls, no rigging from the ceiling, dock times, lift sizes. We get the venue rules in writing before we quote so nothing on your list turns out to be unusable on the day.
Linen, charger plates, flatware, glassware and chair styles can all be sampled. Lighting and drape we show you in a photo from a comparable room, and we can walk your venue with you to show you where it would go.
Normal wear is expected and not charged. Loss or damage beyond that is covered in the rental agreement, which we go through with you before you sign — there are no surprise line items after an event.
Specialty items — 3D LED floors, sailcloth tents, large drape packages — book out furthest, often several months for peak Saturdays. Tables, chairs and linen are easier. Tell us your date early and we will flag what needs deciding first.
Tell us what you are renting for
Send your list over with the date and the venue. We come back with a written estimate, a delivery window and a note on anything the venue needs to approve.
