Before you call

The questions we get most

Within one business day, and usually the same afternoon. If your date is inside 60 days, mark it urgent in the message field and we will call you back within two hours during studio hours.

A date or a season, a rough guest count, and a budget range even if it is wide. That is enough. If you do not have a budget in mind, we will give you realistic regional numbers on the call.

No. The first 45 minutes are free and there is no obligation. You keep the budget summary and the venue shortlist we send afterwards whether or not you hire us.

Yes — our Richardson studio is open Monday to Friday, and Saturdays by appointment. For the other nine states we run consultations by video, and your planner travels for site visits.

Same first call, different questions. Marcus runs the corporate desk and will want to know the objective, delegate numbers, and whether this is a recurring event — then we scope from there.
