Packages

Flat fees, quoted on scope and itemised in writing. We never charge a percentage of your budget, because that would pay us more for making you spend more.

Wedding packages

Three tiers, quoted on scope

Every tier is a flat planner fee, quoted on scope — never a percentage of your budget. Vendor costs are separate and always itemised. Tell us your date and guest count and you will have a written estimate, usually within one business day.

Build your own

Or build an all-inclusive package, line by line

Start from one of the three templates and add or remove whatever you like. There are no prices here on purpose — the same list costs differently in Dallas in March and in Houston in October, with three hundred guests or eight hundred. Send us the package you built and we come back with a written, itemised estimate.

Start from a template, then add or remove anything:

Planning & management

Design & décor

Food & beverage

Entertainment & media

Guest experience & logistics

Full transparency

What is not included

Four things sit outside every package. They appear as separate lines on your budget from week one, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Payment terms

How payment works

A 30% retainer confirms your date and is credited in full against the package. The balance splits across two instalments.

Pricing questions

The things people ask before they call

Because a single number would be misleading. The same guest count can differ enormously depending on venue, event days and how much sourcing you want from us. What we will do is give you a written, itemised estimate within one business day of a short call — no obligation, and yours to keep.

Only if the scope does — more guests, an extra event day, a second venue. We re-quote in writing before any change takes effect, and you approve it. The fee never moves because your vendor budget went up.

The three-instalment schedule is standard. For smaller social celebrations we can also spread payments monthly at no interest. Ask on the consultation call.

Yes. Friday, Sunday and weekday events attract a discount on the planner fee, as do dates in the quieter winter months. It is applied automatically; you do not have to ask.

Then we will say so honestly and point you at the free planning tools, plus a vendor shortlist to get you started. We would rather do that than sell you a package that leaves nothing for the event itself.
