Free Planning Tools

The checklist, budget, guest list, seating chart and your own wedding website. Free forever, no credit card, and you do not have to hire us to use them.

Six free tools

Everything you need, whether you hire us or not

We built these because couples who plan well have better events, and because a planner is not in everyone’s budget. There is no upsell inside them.

Smart Checklist

Tasks timed backwards from your date, adjusting automatically as things move. Tick off, reassign or add your own.

Budget Tracker

Set a total, allocate it across categories, and track your estimates against what you actually commit. Flags the categories that are drifting before they become a problem.

Guest List & RSVP

Addresses, meal choices, dietary needs, plus-ones and accessibility requirements in one sheet that exports straight to your caterer.

Seating Chart

Drag-and-drop tables with real dimensions. Flags the people you marked as "keep apart" before they end up side by side.

Wedding Website

Your own page with the schedule, travel details, registry links and RSVP collection. Twelve designs, your own domain if you want one.

Digital Invites

Save-the-dates and invitations that match your website, with delivery tracking and automatic reminders for non-responders.

Budget shape

Where the money usually goes

A sensible starting split before you adjust for your city and your priorities. Move money toward the two or three things you will actually remember, and cut hard on what guests never notice.

Rather hand the whole thing over?

The tools are free and always will be. But if the spreadsheet has stopped being fun, that is what we are for.
