Choosing between the tiers
If you have not booked a venue yet, you want full planning — the venue decision drives the budget and most people get it wrong. If your venue and major vendors are booked and you simply need the day run properly, month-of coordination is enough. Partial sits between the two, and we will tell you honestly on the consultation call which one fits.
Yes, and roughly one in five clients does. We credit everything you have already paid against the higher tier, and there is no penalty for switching. Downgrading is possible too, up to 120 days before the event.
No. Percentage pricing means your planner earns more when you spend more, which is a conflict of interest. We quote a flat fee based on scope, guest count and the number of event days, and it does not move unless the scope does.
Vendor costs themselves, venue fees, travel beyond 120 miles from a regional office, and overtime past the contracted event hours. All four appear as separate lines on your budget so there are no surprises.
Routinely — mehndi and sangeet through to a Sunday brunch, or a three-day conference with an awards gala in the middle. Multi-day work is quoted per event day, and we will staff a second lead planner when two things run at once.
