Engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, graduations, baptisms, First Communions and cultural ceremonies of every kind. Celebrations that matter enormously to the people in the room and deserve the same rigour as a wedding.
These events scale from 20 guests in a private dining room to 400 in a ballroom, and the planning weight is wildly different at each end. We quote honestly for the size you actually have. For many social events the right answer is a single coordinator and a good vendor list rather than a full planning engagement, and we will say so.

How It Works
A short discovery call establishes the occasion, the guest list and the number that matters. We present two or three concepts with real costings, you pick a direction, and we book. Most social celebrations run on an eight to sixteen week timeline, with a single planning meeting a month and a detailed run sheet at two weeks.

Sometimes not, and we will tell you. If it is a dinner at a restaurant with a set menu, you do not need us. If there is a venue to dress, three vendors to coordinate and a surprise element to protect, a coordinator pays for themselves — usually in the catering negotiation alone.
A flat fee for a single-day celebration, scaled to your guest count. Cultural celebrations with multiple ceremonies, a court or a choreographed element are quoted per event day.
Yes, and we have a protocol for it: all communications go through one nominated person, vendors are briefed on the cover story, and we schedule load-in around the guest of honour. We have never blown one.
Regularly — quinceañeras, mehndi and sangeet, baptisms and christenings, Aqiqah and Ameen, Nigerian and Persian traditions among others. We will always defer to your family and your officiant on the ritual, and our job is the logistics around it.
Eight to sixteen weeks is comfortable for most social events. December holiday parties should be booked by September, and graduation season fills up by March.
