About Our Corporate Event Service
Corporate work is about a third of our calendar: annual conferences, award galas, product launches, holiday parties, incentive travel and sales kickoffs. The brief is different from a wedding — there is an objective, a budget owner, a procurement process and usually a board deck afterwards — but the underlying craft is identical.
We take the whole scope under one contract: venue sourcing and negotiation, production and AV, catering, registration and badging, delegate communications, speaker and VIP management, on-site staffing, and post-event reporting with full financial reconciliation. One accountable supplier instead of eleven, and one invoice your finance team can actually read.

How It Works
We begin with the objective, not the venue — what has to be different after this event. From there: budget envelope, venue RFP and shortlist, production design, run of show, then a full technical rehearsal the day before. You get a weekly status report and a single point of contact throughout.

Yes. We hold a W-9, general liability, professional indemnity and workers compensation cover, and we can supply certificates on request. We work to purchase order and net-30 terms as standard.
Project fee based on scope, delegate numbers and event days — not a percentage of spend. For recurring programmes we offer an annual retainer that works out roughly 20 percent cheaper than event-by-event pricing.
Routinely. Our largest recurring programme is a four-city roadshow with 300 delegates per stop. Multi-day conferences get a dedicated show-caller alongside the lead planner.
We produce the hybrid element in-house — streaming, remote speaker management, virtual audience engagement and the same registration platform for both audiences, so your attendance reporting is one number rather than two.
Our fastest full conference was eleven weeks from brief to doors, when a client lost their original venue. Three to six months is comfortable for a conference, six to eight weeks for a party or a launch.
