Yes, this is a standalone service and about a third of our design clients have another planner or are planning themselves. We will coordinate directly with your planner on the install schedule.

Design direction and install management are a flat fee, with florals, rentals and fabrication costed separately and itemised. The spread is wide and depends almost entirely on floral volume and whether anything is custom-built, so we value-engineer against your number before a single order is placed.

Yes — Elena’s studio handles design and production in-house, which is how we keep control of quality and cost. For very large installations we bring in a trusted production partner under our supervision.

Gladly. Family pieces, heirloom textiles and things you have already bought get designed in rather than politely ignored. It usually makes the room better and always makes it more personal.

Your choice: guests take centrepieces home, we donate arrangements to a local hospice or care home — we have standing relationships for this in most of our cities — or we compost through the rental partner. Nothing goes to landfill if we can help it.
