About Our Full Wedding Planning Service
Full wedding planning is the whole build. We start the week you hire us — typically twelve to eighteen months out — and we do not stop until the last crate is loaded. That means the budget, the venue search, every vendor contract, the design, the guest logistics, the rehearsal and a minute-by-minute production timeline that every supplier works from.
Most couples who come to us have already discovered that a wedding is roughly 250 hours of project management wearing a nice dress. Our job is to absorb those hours and give you back the decisions that are actually fun. You approve; we execute. The average full-planning client signs about 14 vendor contracts, and we negotiate and manage all of them under one timeline.

How It Works
Week one is the budget and the brief. Months two and three are venue and the big three vendors — catering, photography and music — because those book furthest ahead. From there we work backwards from your date in monthly blocks, each with a short call and a written summary. The last six weeks are logistics: final numbers, seating, timeline, rehearsal. On the day you are a guest.
Frequently Asked Questions
Twelve to eighteen months is ideal, because that is when the best venues and photographers are still open for peak Saturdays. We do take clients at nine months and occasionally at six, but the shortlist narrows fast and prices firm up. If your date is inside six months, partial planning is usually the more honest recommendation.
We quote a flat fee based on guest count, the number of event days and how far we travel. That is the planner fee only — vendor costs are separate and itemised on your budget from week one. We never charge a percentage of your budget, because that would reward us for making you spend more. Ask for an estimate and you will have a written number, usually within one business day.
Always. Bring anyone you love and we will manage them exactly as we manage our own partners. If a vendor you want is not insured or will not sign a standard contract we will tell you plainly, but the decision stays yours.
No, ever. We have turned down partner programmes that pay 10 to 15 percent precisely because it corrupts the recommendation. Any discount we negotiate is passed to you in full and appears on your budget as a credit.
Date-change protection is included. You can move once to any available date within 18 months at no planner fee, and we renegotiate the vendor contracts on your behalf. We have done this more times than anyone would like since 2020 and we are good at it.
